WTD: Rear 700c training wheel + new 11spd casette

As per title, looking for a 700c rear training wheel for my road bike while it's in my turbo trainer. Also a new/low mileage 11spd block though I can prob just pick this up myself if there's nothing aboot.

I'm struggling to see the difference between a training wheel and a normal one I know they do tyres for a turbo trainer

Just seen this!

The plan is to have a normal rear wheel which I keep my training tyre on and meanwhile I keep my other rear wheel for when I'm heading out on the bike. It's effective a normal wheel but just a spare so I don't have to faff about changing the tyre each time...
