WTD: Kona Explosif frame/full bike or an orange p7(steel)

I need a Kona Explosif frame, or the full bike.

This is going to be turned into an expedition bike, so please make sure it is in good condition before offering.

I need 16-18" size. 17" would be ideal.

Also most importantly it must have the eyes(whatever call them) to attach a rear pannier.
