Wtd: Hope Sport Hub Spiders

Having just got back into riding I've bought an old S-Works from a friend. It has Hope Sport Hubs fitted, and I'm after a pair of spiders to allow disc brakes to be fitted. Does anyone have some spare?

Hubs

Unfortunately those spiders are 6 spline, the sport hubs were 5 spline.

Hope appear to have stopped supporting these parts (they are quite old now, but I heard they used to be better at supporting old products, shame).

Not sorted yet, still struggling to find something! A friends offered me some brakes, but no use without the adaptors!

ive had alook i have two off ti-glide they have loads of splines dont think they will fit soz
