Wanted WTD: Few Cheap Bits To Complete Kids Jump Bike

Hi all.
Putting together a budget'ish build for the kids (sometimes me!) to have a play on and missing a few bits to complete:
- bar & stem
- cranks
- rear disc brake

For a jump bike so short as poss stem, not fussed about diameter, yes risers and black ideally...
