WTD: Dura ace 8sp & vintage Look

Dura Ace 7400 / 7403
I have a full set of dura ace 7400 / 7403 bits
in NOS or excellent condition but sadly no brake levers
nos hubset built into wheels,will do both UG and HG so will go up tp 10 speed cassette
choice of single or dual pivot brake caliper sets
NOS pedals with toe clips
NOS front and rear mech's
crankset in excellent condition with brand new unfitted Dura Ace chainrings
NOS fluted seat post size 25.8 to fit Koga Miyata carbolite frame set size 54cm which is also available

Look KG66 frame, Vitus 979 forks, Campag seat post (56x56)
The seat post bolt appears to be stuck so the seat post is bolted in, which means you have to get it right before tightening as it effectively puts a hole in the post.
Pictures when I get home this weekend.
Would be happy with anything close to £100
