WTD: Compact chainset - 8sp Shimano cassette - Wheels - Stem

I'm after some parts to finish my girlfriend's first road bike!

I'd like:

- Compact chainset - 170mm 34/50 cranks - little/no wear to rings please. Budget £20-30

- 8 speed Shimano/SRAM cassette with little wear please. Ratio something like 12-25, or wider. Budget £10

- Wheels to take an 8sp Shimano cassette. Ideally with silver rims. 100/130mm spacing. Budget - £50

- Short stem. 70mm or 80mm and not too expensive, so probably something like SR? Budget £7-10

- Probably other bits, I'll add these as I think of them!

I can do you a very little used sram 8 speed 12-23 cassette for a tenner posted, if you're interested. haven't got any with a wider range than that though

Thanks for the offer but that will probably be geared a little high for my girlfriend, even with a compact chainset.
