WTD: Cinelli 90/95mm Stem & Rear Wheel + cassette

After a short Cinelli stem, not sure what the shortest sizes are but something around 80-95mm. Can also swap for my 115mm if its of interest?

Also after a Rear wheel & 5/6 speed cassette and possible front if a set is going. Bike is currently fitted with 1980's Shimano 105 hubbed wheels, so something similar would be ideal.
