I have a 53 Record chainring, 135 BCD with pin that goes behind the crankarm. No bolts. Doesn't appear very worn, but some pitting to the finish which is normal for these chainrings.
Still looks very smart, can email pictures.
They are mad money new, let me know if you are interested.

Still after 1 or 2 of the black chainring bolts. Got offered some on here from a user, who then decided to withdraw them as I had the "cheek" to make him an offer!

There are many alternative bolts available on eBay. That's where I'd be going if I needed a set.

It seemed to me that your view and the consensus among others was that the campag bolts were of very poor quality - that just crumbled under your nail. I'm more loyal to campag than most but my preference would be to have a chainset I could use... Good luck with the search.
