I have an old Euclid, but it's seen better days. The cage is rather scratched and the bushings are loose. Pulleys are not Campy. I can snap a picture if you'd like but I doubt this is the droid you're looking for. Let me know.

Yes, it's pretty miserable, but miraculously still shifts well even with Rapidfire. A similar, NOS derailleur went on US eBay for a little over 60 USD a few weeks ago, though, so clearly there's not a ton of demand:
