WTD Band on shifter

Hi,

I'm after a band on downtube shifter for the front mech. I have Dura Ace at the moment and as such would ideally just like a bracket rather than a whole shifter mechanism, but needs must!

Thanks, but I'm running 7 speed (with 8 speed levers) and am really just looking for the bracket, or a single lever. I know such thing must exist as there are marks on the frame!
