WTD: 90, 100mm quill stem and narrow drops for girl ~ 40cm

These are the last parts needed for my girlfriend's Bianchi.

Want both 90 and 100 mm quill stem to see what fits best and some drop bars that aren't too wide.

Cheap and cheerful if possible as we're already over budget.

I have various sets of Maes pattern bars if she is happy with something more old fashioned. They were all narrow back then.

The bike's an 80's steel frame with 8 speed chorus groupset so if you think it'll fit the look of the bike I'll consider for sure, any pics?

She wants a vintage look, hence no black.

I have got a nice short ITM stem- needs a polish

or a Sturmey Archer both 25.4 dia

also some Raleigh drops, quite narrow and silver
