WTD: 7sp shifters, chainset, seatpost, seat bolt or QR

Hi everyone - I'm new here (old to STW - sorry) and I just bought a Saracen Tufftrax off Farnborough car boot sale for £15. It has a really good condition Flexstem on it too! However I am doing it up to ride it occasionally and need a few bits and bobs:
7sp shifters - thumbies or STI (preferred) or even gripshift if really nice
Chainset - anything really that'll go on a sq.taper crankset, must be nice condition with good condition rings
26.2 seatpost - current one is a bit lame so wouldn't mind a new one - a 25mm USE would be ok that I could shim out
Seat QR or bolt - black or blue - for an integrated clamp - unfortunately the original ultra chunky Shimano one is badly corroded and no use anymore.

I have a pair of Deore thumbshifters in very good condition and a USE seatpost in black (25.4 x 350 mm) in excellent condition. The USE logo is a bit scuffed but otherwise the post is very tidy.

Yours for £45 posted if they're of interest.

Think XT thumbies at £40 are a bit of a waste on a £15 bike! Thanks anyway.
I like the Dx thumbies and the seatpost but waiting on some info about some gripshift so how much for seatpost on it's own?

I think they're probably both worth about the same, so £22.50.
