Would I be able to use an Onza Chill Pill has a Knarp/cable stop ?

It would work to a degree, but probably not the best fit unless you did some modding as the chill pill is a broader arc than the arc of the v brake arm. I'd think it could pop out quite easily.
Also an expensive way to mangle a chill pill.
Maybe find another cable hanger and play with filing the shape to fit?

The Knarp hooks on this bit - was wondering whether a chill pill (or similar) would perhaps slot in too?
I can’t find any decent looking knarps anywhere - and my rear one can’t be loosened as the hex screw has degraded and can’t be unscrewed
