Worth it for the XTR?

I would say there's plenty of XTR actually, got to be well worth it - maybe £30 worth in the brake levers, £60 in the V-brakes, £25-30 in the rear mech and the same again in the right shifter? The Crosslink wheels are not spectacular but far better than you've any right to expect at this price. Plus I like Univegas anyway.

Looking at the seller's completed listings it appears to have sold only once before and all sorts of things can go wrong on collection only sales - the two other times it was listed it didn't sell. Seller's feedback would make me a little wary but maybe worth the effort taking it further for someone close by.

Yeah, that's kind of what I was thinking. As long as the parts are not stuffed you should be able to split, get your money back and have enough left over to buy another bargain.

So much hassle for selling a bike at such price... Making pics, listing, pulling, relisting....

He has to sell due to "joint deterioration" ie-he hasnt had a decent spliff in 24hrs.....
