I appreciate that a lot of people on here dont like football, but come on ... RUSSIA !!! what a joke !!
it would have been better in this country and perhaps would have been one of the best worldcups of our lifetimes.. ( well mine anyway)

it would have been amazing to have the olympics and the world cup.. granted it would have cost a lot of cash, but it would have been worth it to the economy when we got it all back again.. i was looking forward to watching a few games ....
the country would have been "booming" for a few years...look at all the work the olympics has provided..

Stop being such "bah humbugs" if you like it or not the atmosphere and the build up would have been brilliant !!!
oh well just the olympics then !!!
