Work bikes

Here's my new commuter - I took a GT Ricochet that I've owned since '94, and went single speed with a NOS rigid fork and 700c wheels that I had laying around. It's a bit ratty but does the job beautifully, I forgot how much I liked riding this one until I put it back together!

Re:

How do you find the saddle? Serious question.....my nephew got rid of his GT Ricochet last month, (and i took it off his hands) pondering whether to keep the saddle or not.

Marin eldridge grade 1992?

Saved from being dumped. Still needs to figure out 700c winter tyres+ original brakes. ;)

Re:

Welcome to RetroBike Jukka :)
Thats a good starting point you've got there and theres a huge range of 700c tyres to pick from.

Re:

My wife's work bike. Looking naff and dirty is our anti-theft strategy (not my wife, the bike).
