Hi, here is my fresh bought Marin Larkspur, think it's an 1996 model but not sure. Not in mint condition but so pleasant to ride.
Some upgrade incoming : tires in 2.0 or more, fender, rear rack and lights.

Early 90s Swedish department store bike (Cyclepro Stony Point) upgraded fancier componentry. Theft-resistant paint job and nice compact geometry, but it does NOT like to turn at speed :shock: Acceptably decent at hauling 3 meter long bookshelves, Christmas trees, and traversing Swedish bike paths (think "gravel racing").

Unfortunately it looks like the welder was drinking on the job the day this was put together, and the frame is going to have to be retired due to an alarming amount of rust eating through the gaps in the chainstay - BB welds.

Not exactly a retro ride, but it does everything I want it to, on or off the road (depending on the route I take to work)
