I'm quite shocked that someone still locks his (proper)bike from the front wheel only! Nice bike you got there, but how long..

E: Or is that Krypto+wire your extra locking device?

Re:

Not so much of an issue if it's a secure work car park?

Even so, I still use a mini D-Lock secured to the rear wheel at work.
Less likelihood of frame damage when a careless person locks their bike to the other side of the Sheffield stand.

I actually prefer bike parking like above as the bike is kept well away from others preventing scratches etc.
Secured by the rear wheel or Pitlock skewer on the front wheel.

This lock damage happened to my Hardrock outside the supermarket a few days ago. The right shifter was also ruined.

I'd hate to think the same happening to a Klein.
Especially closer to the centre of the frame.

Luckily my commuter had a puncture and I was riding my pub bike.

This is my commuter bike. Does see some trails once in a while. Lightest bike I have, so it flies uphill.

Here is my getting to work bike. And just to show it is used in all weathers I left off one morning after a 12 and a half night........

and on the way home via Gorleston seafront.

Sorry about the poor quality. Probably had cold hands

I've just finished rebuilding my 95' M500.
The last piece was the Pepperoni (hard to find) instead of a RS Judy.
Nice work bike, light and fast.
