Ican'tthink... please rescue this sad looking Pace. It's been very ill treated; the bars, the stem that's too long (even if it is a Pace), the (sobs) stickers, the fact the owner is too feckin lazy to cut cable inners and , sniff, zip ties the coiled excess to the down tube.

There should be a law against things like this, hangings too good etc etc
