Will A2Z DM-UNI Disc Brake Adapter fit my bike....?

Morning everyone.

I'd like to get one of these for my 1991 Marin Muirwoods. I can't make up my mind if it would fit or not..

Does anyone have any experience with this....?

Probably not. A2Z adapters need flat (inside and out) dropouts.

No - as above, not enough flat area around the dropout.

Time to get the brazing gear out

Is it that the drop out area isn't big enough for the adapter to fit, or because it's not completely smooth-flat?

Not a large enough flat area - those adaptors tend to work better on aluminium frames which often have larger plate-type dropouts.
You might get one to fit with a bit of filing and modding of the adaptor butyou'd just have to try it and see I suppose.

Think i'll just keep my eye out for a nice frame with mounts on ebay and built it up with my old bits... More fun anyway.
