Will a BMX chainring work with a 10 speed chain?

As above, I'm looking for a 36ish tooth front ring for 110 BCD cranks and I saw this:

I'm not sure if 4mm is the chainring width or tooth width. Cheap, non-road and unramped are my main criteria if anyone knows of any other options.

BMX chains are 1/8"

Stronglight alloy rings are a tenner and fine for SS
