Yeah thats wrong.

I think in some respect it puts bidders off as they have to bid everybody else out of the water to get the whole thing...

yeah never understood that.

on a much cheaper scale i asked a seller about a 1990 muddy fox frame and fork that were listed separately. thought that was dumb aswel.

i don't see the point in splitting them, surely they are worth more as a whole but i think it makes some sellers think if they sell the frame then the winner will bid higher to win the fork etc, but to me i think if i bid, then lose on the frame then surely the only bidder on the fork would be the winner of the frame and maybe if the seller is lucky someone who needs that exact fork in that colour in that size and has happened to see it!

It looks the MC1 is a 0 degrees. If I am not wrong the team Usa was not offered in 0 degrees.

Reminds me of the person on eBay who takes the brake collars off all the Kona's he sells so he can make more money.

That is what we call bad "auction science".

Parting things out can be profitable but you need to leave proprietary parts with the frame.
