project smokestone still underway im hoping to finish for FOD but im struggling with shifter choice, I have some m740's for now but would like some m900 pods and waiting on gil to do the art work for it too, managed to secure an original mavic 1"1/4 headset but also found 2 nos stronglight headsets so will proberbly use one of them .
Also have a bonded raleigh k2 cx thats nearly finished just needs the randoneur bars re-cabling and a tyre (because the last one exploded at 2am in the garage ,wow i thought there was plane crash or something).

Just started sourcing parts for an SBike 504, which should be delivered in the next few days....Got lucky today,at my local market auction, bought a completely knackered Diamond Back Ascent EX, equipped with 7 speed xt sti's, xt rear mech, lx front mech, flexstem,lx cantis - front only - u brake on rear, nice wheelset with lx hubs and wolber at 18 rims, now all stripped and awaiting the new arrival Diamond Back -£30 PLUS 12% BUYERS PREMIUM......

my machine tech crank needs some time applied to it
it's functional but needs finishing , some mc tech inspired brakes
to do too
nishiki cascade s/s needs started properly
and i really want to build that blue zaskar

on a forum front i want to get my sh*t together and do an elevated
comparison test , first with steel frames then ali and carbonstuff
to follow

got a new shed to build and fit out too

Bought last year, not touched. Started this year, got a ti velocity so far.
dunno about the rest yet, but MM is target!

Finished the Saracen Maxtrax.
Stripped it and built a 95 Cindercone.
Now stripped the Cindercone and bits are for sale.

Now building a 94 Kilauea - got frame and forks back from powder coating - just need to apply decals and then build up (all parts present and correct).

Also got a 95 Orange E3 on the go - got all bits except frame and forks (currently on their way) and tyres.

Had several changes of mind about what bits to fit to which - mainly cranksets.
Think I've now decided - just need to put a bit of time aside in the man cave!
