Who wants "Campy" removed from this forum?

Who wants to see the word "Campy" obliterated on this forum?

If someone types it into their message, it should automatically come out as "Campagnolo" after it's posted. I gather the mods can do this in their settings to prevent unwanted words to appear in posts.

I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I would love to see this removed myself, as well as all the other inane short forms of people's names: like 'Nago, Pin, Pog, Pug. If it is company name that is not based on a family name, I don't see the harm in shortening the name but find it disrespectful to the family if the family name is used.

Besides, campy has a very distinct meaning that does not at all correspond to the Campagnolo.

Its not the abbreviation I dislike , it's the Americanism. Campag is fine.
Can we ban spinning as well please. It should be twiddling.
Fender's are things ships use or they sit in front of fires.
