Who made this brake?

I've tried searching online but can't find any information on who made this brake. It came off a 1998 Outland Designs VPP (I dont think that helps at all though)...

It looks to be machined aluminum and has Avid pads. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.[/img]

I think thats one of the 'proper' arch rivals - IIRC the first ones were 'ultimate' type things, all CNC'd etc...

I may be wrong, mind.

They called avid arch supreme got set in my xizang. One of the best and expensive V's on the market lot more than XTRs and rivals

Yeah, second on the arch supremes. The arch rivals had writing on them I believe whereas the supremes did not.

Who made them?
It was the scruffy young bloke who used to sit in the back left side of the factory IIRC
He was the arch rival boy :evil:
but he was a Supreme brake maker

I thought that the major difference between supremes and rivals was that the rivals were Taiwanese made and had spring tension adjustment on each arm. :?
