Some of the high end 70's Campag parts used titanium - not sure if that was just a bolt or two to be able to say "titanium" or whether it was used more substantially.
On a similar note, always be wary of frame stickers that say "tube" or "frame tubes" - how much of the frame do you think is made of your chosen material?
