It seems the blizzards that were forcast for my neck of the woods for tomorrow and wednesday may not materialise after all, lets hope the metoffice have got it dramatically wrong yet again :xmas-wink:

19 inches of snow in Morpeth at teatime tonight. More due in the next few hours. Had a great day sledging with the kids. Everyone else had the same idea and much fun was had.
Scanning autotrader for a Landy with a hot chocolate now.

just had a look at the 5 day forecast on the BBC weather site and IF its correct the temprature here on Saturday is going to be 5degrees ABOVE freezing.

At last, West Sussex has snow

Its gone mental here. Its absolutely dumped all over us. Had to drive 10 miles tonight. Took 2 and a half hours. Main roads blocked with stuck cars and lorry's so hit the back roads. Had to dig myself out twice and helped 12 other cars.

I was in a subaru with winter tyres- can't believe how well they performed. Will definately be getting myself some asap.
