Who has snow?

.

The worst driving conditions so far here today. Heavy rain yesterday coupled with -4 last night = sheet ice everywhere this morning :?
Ride posponed until april :D

Found the only spare parking space at Tesco, then realised why...

Coming back home from the hills today, still a bit of white stuff, and lots of ice on the downhills where the melt has been on.

Wound up taking a few folk home from stranded motors, as usual!

:)

We've had it tight with the white stuff.

I've had a few funny looks from people when my old Audi estate sails up hills past stranded cars and parks where it likes then pulls away again with ease.
Those quattro badges are really discrete

A guy in a newish Evo tried to drive away from me tonight on the frozen snow covered roads round here. He failed miserably.

Best one so far was the guy in the Disco that came up behind me on a back road when I was assessing a fallen tree over the road.

He came up behind me then thought he'd be a smart erse and drive round the tree and leave me stuck.

He got stuck in the ditch at side of the road while I cleared the lower branches and proceeded to drive under the tree and carry on my merry way. :D

He wasn't stuck for long as I came back the same way a few hours later and he was gone.

We've had a deluge last night and the whole of Glasgow has ground to a halt. They aint shifting this lot soon :?

we've got no water...

And Anglian Water just disconnect you when you ring them.

Just checked the outside temp

minus 8.5C!!!!

On my way to work today along the canal, had to stop and take this photo, looks awesome like a river of ice!
