Who has snow?

Minus 16 on the way into work this morning. A week since the van got stuck. Been on the Humu every day since.

Snow is all gone! Heavy rain all day has cleared it.

No snow yet,

although it looks like there is a bit on the moors, ah, but maybe that's the china clay workings.

Nope, fraid not, no snow here! We had a few flakes at about lunchtime but that's it! I keep hearing all this stuff on the radio about the whole of the UK is in chaos and wondering what everyone is on about when I look outside my own front door!! Maybe the warming (and pollution!) effect of the Tata steel works has its uses!! Lol!!    Lx

2nd day off this week for me, cleared my drive last night so the car would come out relativley easily and this morning its stuck fast again.

Foot & a half of snow -10c and sheet ice everywhere.

by comparison a balmy - 2 here! and a dusting overnight but no more since.

Well over in Crianlarich it was -14 and snowing like uggery.

Ski-ing was the proposed activity, ended up doing some in the car after getting whacked by a fishtailing trailer, had a beautiful roller coaster ride down the hill into the side of a bridge.

Possibly written off our eight month old S-Max, amazing the amount of damage a mere twenty miles per hour can do!

When we returned to get it recovered it was snowbound and all my windscreen wash was turned to ice lollies!

Our fresh bananas (emergency food) had turned brown too; wife reckons good for banana bread.

Coming back from work earlier car showed -14 at worst, but I don't know how accurate that is.

Kids had a lovely couple of days in the snow while I went south to collect a four wheel drive to make sure we could get home safely.

:)
