Who can help to identify this bike?

Hi everyone!
This is my very first post here, please be gentle if this thread is in the wrong forum ..
Here is the very first retro MTB that i ever purchased but still i do not know the manufacturer.


It's equipped with 3 x 7 LX (M550) and has a Tange MTB sticker on top of the downtube.
The rear Bowden cable is routed from the right through the top tube and exits it in the (GT style) frame triangle down.

I think I once saw the same frame with remnants of ENIK stickers .. (german manufacturer 1945-2007, Wenden North Rhine-Westphalia)
Any hint would be highly appreciated!
