Which separate canti-levers?

I've just gone through my boxes and realised the only separate levers I have are for V's or are Magura's.

Other than the M732/3 was there any other Shimano XT separate levers for canti's?

What alternatives, other than cutting the mountings off an old pair should I consider? -for asthetic reasons I'm looking for fully black units.

There are M730 or M700 Deerhead levers, but you might be better to go for Dia-Compe SS7s of one of the more boutique options. Paul Love levers, X-Lite chicken sticks etc

Thanks for the suggestions; there just happened to be a post about SS's below which I read about 2 minutes after posting!

If anybody has suggestions for a 2 finger with reach adjustment or servo that would be really helpful.
