Which of my two frames should I build? Sintesi or Giant?

I am in the process of acquiring enough bits to build a complete bike, but house move and baby (who knew kids were expensive? :roll: ) means realistically I can only really do one at the moment...

But which one?

1995(ish) Sintesi Hantrax full suspension XC bike - lovely welds, Verlicchi pedigree and funky red ano rear end
(a bit like this)

or

1998 (I think) Giant Box One DH bike - just been repainted properly in lovely gloss black
(a bit like this)

Both are rareish, both were cheap (£40) and both are nice to look at, but I really can't decide
