Which frame to keep? 1993 Fire Mountain or 1994 Clockwork?

The forks on my Clockwork decided to give up the ghost this morning. Not got the readies to repair or replace so it's sadly time to rationalise all the good bits onto one frame and send the rest off to fleabag.

My options are a luminous green Clockwork with neon orange decals or a Matt grey Fire Mountain without decals

So, which frame to keep as my winter hack and which one to sell on? I'd be interested in opinions on which one is a better proposition for winter mud vs which one will get a higher price on resale?

Thanks

Hi richard, you suggesting the fm has been resprayed matt grey and is no longer the 1993 fade? if thats the case i would suggest its probbaly next to valueless 2nd/h tbh. Fm's dont make any money really unless they are original/mint.

a clockwork will always sell for "somthing" however yet again has it been resprayed? which kills the value. the none fades are never as popular even on original factory paint.

The honest truth... Stick one in the loft and bring it out when the other is wrecked.
