After suggestions on a set of clincher tyres for my retro build?
I am looking for some tan sidewall tyres to fit to a set of mavic open pros.
Whats the tyre of choice for the retro build?

Personally, I'm a fan of Veloflex Master Clinchers - they come in at 23c and 25c. Very low rolling resistance, not the world's best puncture resistance. Alternatively Challenge Criterium or, if you're going to be riding rough roads, Challenge Parigi-Roubaix that have 27c to smooth out the cobbles :xmas-wink:

not seen continental classics yet but heard they are superior puncture resistance to michellin classics.
the later being a 2 ply quality. challenge 27mm appeals to me for the country roads nearby. some might say 23mm generally look better.
