Where to buy Shimano v-brake spares

Greetings,

I am looking for the best place to buy spares for Shimano STX-RC v-brakes.

Specifically, I am looking for a spare pivot tube (not sure of its proper name). This is the tube that slides over the frame pivot mount and itself runs inside the brass bush in the ally brake arm and also attaches to the pivot spring (to aid my terrible description, please see picture below).


I am actually only missing the end cap, but the pivot tube has some corrosion on one side so I would like to replace that as well - if possible.

I cannot find a source of Shimano spares that sells these sorts of parts, only the standard consumables, so any help would be hugely appreciated.

No idea but you should be able to pick up a stx or lx v brake of that era for a Fiver from here

I'm almost certain that that part wasn't ever available as a replaceable spare part.

As already mentioned though, STX-RC and LX v-brakes are pretty easy to pick up as replacements.
