Tumescent.

Almost everything came apart but, the dreaded seat post is stuck. Did the post/vice wiggle without a movement. Upside down soaking and will top up again each day and try at the weekend.

Removed bb as realised penetrating fluids didn’t seem to go there. I was right as seat tube is sealed with not bottle cages so post was cut. Now soaking. Proper frame inspection revealed a couple of possible cracks and holes. Might just end up as a wall hanger. Cranks etc will wash its face if so. First is BB she’ll with a pinprick that bubbles and second is centre tube on stoker seat post
