When do the sales really start...?

Re:

If you want a Clockwork it's worth keeping an eye out on the Orange website for the old stock and demo bikes they sell. I've seen loads of Clockworks on there and at some tasty discounts. Also have a look at Drakes Cycles in Leeds as they usually have some good deals on Orange bikes.

Don't listen to Chopper, he's been bleating on about Orange for ages. ;)

SouthCoastRetro what's your budget? In one is too expensive but you're looking at Clokworks which seem to be more unless I have missed something?

Decent price on a Clockwork here though...

Hi, the On One is £999 as is the Clockwork S, my budget is for a reduced base model spec Clockwork or a reduced Cube Acid 29 and is £600-650(ish).

Re:

Coomber why have I not seen those before..? outstanding bike..! alas, too small for me (I'm 6' 8") and am looking for a 21" frame.
Other than that, that bike is amazing for the money, it even has an air fork which is another major plus for me (I'm also very heavy so need an air spring!).

Re:

Thanks for input everybody, I do love that Voodoo but I'm sold on the Cube Acid 29. Once I find a reduced one it's game on, time to trawl the LBS I think.

Cube's look quite nice. Quite a XC geometry on them though.

They have quite a few shops, might be worth chucking a leg over one first before you buy?
