I just checked down in the garage - I have a Super Champion Arc-en-Ciel rim only in 28H spoking that I've been using occasionally to stretch tubs out before gluing. As a rim it's a bit heavier than the Medaille d'Or but maybe it would work as a rear partner to the front?

Let me know if you're interested. It would benefit from a clean but I think it's true and round! Can't help with a hub though.
