Hi all,
up for sale are a set of wheels, I got em from here now not sure if they are right for the foxxy build. 217 SUP's with lovely blue nipples and chromey White ind hubs.
not 100% about selling TBH but if someone wants em i probs will sell.
Front wheel is pretty nice, only minor issue seems to be stickers slightly off, put it on me bike and it seems very true, couple MM at the very worst, wasn't super scientific but looked good braking surface hasn't been scored a lot either so loads life there.
The rear again, its quite true but not as true as the front one.
I think historically from what I gather there was some trouble with the freehub body or something, It has now been fixed/replaced it seems fine but there is some play in the hub and I have no idea how to tighten it :?: The cassette was meant to be suck on, but i got it off carefully tapping it off from behind without too much fight. there seems to be some bends in the spokes nearby where it has been levered in its history though.
All in all they look alright the hubs, just play that needs tightening somehow.
The rear rim has had a bit more braking done, its not bad its just scored a bit over time, should be some life in it i expect. however I did notice this historic minor ding
Ok we need a price don't we? Say £65 to allow for a little ovno, inc P&p though thats cheque price, we'll have to sort summat to cover paypal fees maybe.
cheers
