Hi, I don’t suppose these are 135mm rear spacing? Presumably 130mm if Sora? Also is there plenty of life left on the rims, can’t quite tell from pics

Sorry, 130mm. However that Sora stuff is basically the same as MTB so you could easily swap a longer axle and spacers. Obvs a re-dish is necessary.
Loads of life on the rims, frankly they are barely worn as I went back to Campag as I concluded I hated Shimano shifters.
