Welsh Goats Cheese

Is that goats cheese made in Wales, or cheese made from Welsh goats?

Personally my faves. are Shropshire Blue (Toasted with tuna and lots of pepper on granary bread) or a really good mature Cheddar.

It's hard to beat a good Stilton, but it's also hard to get a good Stilton here.

I've been enjoying époisses lately:
