Trying to find out what this mad looking bike is, apparently made by someone in the UK, front suspension like BMW's telelever suspension. Any ideas?

That forward facing post looks a bit daft :? and the seat right forward, reminds me of those old women you sometimes see driving their cars, seat right up against steering wheel, their face actually touching the steering wheel
