...That you used to put around your hubs as a kid? They were fluffy and usually floro bright! As the wheel rotated, they kept the hubs lovely and polished. My hubs are a bitch to clean and would be willing to lose coolness points by fitting them.

Are they still available?

Not sure waht they're called, or if they're still available. But if you just make a loop with a piece of durable fabric or leather around your hub it'll do the trick.
