What was your first dream mountainbike?

Mine was the beautiful all XT peralescent white Ritchy Ultra that was sold in the late 80's. I think it cost $1000.00 or near about and it was the best of the best of the mass market bikes (at least locally).

this, 1st MTB mag i opened had Johnny T riding this at the 91 worlds as the index page...oooooo

On a more real level, same mag had the double page layout with the Zaskar, being a bmxer and long time luster after a GT, this hit all the buttons...

... was replaced a month or so later when i discovered the xizang...
