What type of brake mount is this?

Guys

I am building up a new CX bike, Kinesis frame, parts of an Cube frame I had built previously.

I have some Shimano Sora cable pull disc calipers, and 160mm discs. The calipers transferred fine to the front forks, all fitted and good.

The rear caliper doesn't fit on the "inboard disk mounts", as it seems the frame designed is for 140mm discs, my discs are 160mm. So I obviously need a 160mm adapter.

What I am struggling with is choosing the right one, as the names "Post Mount" etc confuse me.

So in simple terms what am I looking for, nothing fancy, just Shimano will do, 160mm adapter but what is it called? Also it looks like I may need longer bolts, will these come with the adapter?

So I am simply looking for a "Post mount Adapter 160mm", and do you know if they normally come with the bolts, as I don't think the ones I have got will go through the calliper and the post mount to the frame.

Called the LBS to see if I could collect one tonight, they reckon I need 180mm post to post mount? Is that correct? CONFUSED

Note my discs are 160mm, and the frame looks to be design for 140mm.

Any post to post adapter that gives 20mm increase, so front 160 to 180, or rear 140 to 160.

Bolts dont usually come with the adapter.
Lenth needed is so that you get 10-12 mm threaded into the frame (rule is 1.5x diameter so being M6 is 9 mm)
