What to do with the spare parts?

I’ve been refurbishing my Colnago Master find and using eBay and FB marketplace to source parts. In the process I came across an MBK frame for sale £20 trashed wheels, straight handlebars but an early 105 RD and downtube shifters AND a Dura Ace chainset! So, the Chainset is now on the Colnago ( I know it should be Campagnolo, but this is now a fully badged Colnago 35th Anniversary 7402 groupset).
Anyway, my question is if I can get a set of wheels and some drop bars I can send the MBK back on the road for someone to use and enjoy. What’s the most rear cogs an early 105 and shifters will cope with? (Picture of the Colnago to get attention)

Why not sell the MBK "as is" and let the buyer build it up?
Where’s the fun in that? I have age appropriate parts that realistically I don’t need and every build adds experience for my self taught mechanics. It’s a frame with a lot of nice touches including a recess in the top tube for the rear brake cable, a nice fluted seatpost and a decent period saddle. I’ll post up when finished.
