What stem is this please is it shimano XT or not?

Looks like an old Suntour (though only silver ones I know of) or an SR one, def. Japanese-made, but that lovely fake XT sticker, :facepalm: OMG! Sturdy, but weighs a ton. Cable hanger hole is handy also, for short steerer' forks.

Definitely not, as mentioned, possibly Suntour.

Bars look a bit grotty, check for crackes around the stem clamp and where the levers were attached.
