What singlespeed gear ratio do you use??

And that's why I ride with my 21 speed for the most part the single speed certainly has it's merit.. But in my opinion, for the duration of most of my rides and commuting, the versatility of the multi geared atb outweighs (no pun intended) the weight advantages and ease of up keeping that come with using a single speed rig.

It depends hugely on where you ride as to whether it works - hilly areas where you need low gears or spin out on descents make least sense. Naturally you also have to adjust your gearing to the terrain and fitness - there is no perfect ratio that suits all.
