White Industries? not sure if they will work with the mech's though.

The W.I. shifters were outsourced to Pro Shift. I have a set on the kitchen counter next to the rice cooker.

It's dual pull. Kinda useless without the dedicated derailleur pulley.

It's moot, as I have the full system (derailleur, f.+r. dual pull shifters, f. pully), and it wouldn't be prudent to split it up

Indeed. The reason I'm after one isn't so much to do with having mismatched shifters as having to split up the Proshift's.
