It appears I'm being misunderstood! I don't think that Stumpjumpers are hard to find I'm just surprised that it wasn't a very easy search (compared to, for example Exolsifs and Yo's), after all Stumpjumpers were pretty widely seen BITD.

By the way, who is this Carl fellow, I'm not sure that I like the cut of his jib.....

I wanted a ti bolt in 94 & they werent easy to get hold of back then. i remeber diggin the newnham park double jumps with pee-wee in newnham park & watching him style over them (back then I was just happy to clear them & land safely
& yeh his ti bolt was nice. the angled seatclamps were a PITA apparently?

bummer! :twisted: big crash or frame just gave way? I was in uni in plymouth so knew those jumps well. plym uni mtb club used to naugtily get in via the back of newnham park & ride most of the course. got busted a few times
i've got a good pic of simon finnis locking up on the crest of the first lip * sailing over the bars.. ouch!

in the Sat qualifier - hit them too hard, heard a loud crack! Split the downtube behind the headtube. Teach me for running forks stronger than the frame (accutrax)
